| They are not the most popular fish because their marking are pretty dull, but you can usually find them online. I know Rapps sells them usually, but I know a few people were unhappy with his sizes. I found mine at my LFS that someone had traded in. |

| how much do the gold jacks cost, or at least how much you paid for them i really want to get some bet at all the pets stores i dont see any. i have 2 regular jacks right now. |

Gold JD's shouldn't carry too high of price. If you are paying more the $6 or $8 for 2" to 3" fish then you are overpaying.
As for color - they are very difficult to get good photos of. My alpha male was just strutting his stuff and giving a beat down to a smaller standard JD. His base color was pink & yellow, with the blue spotting being hardly noticeable. He was stunning! I feed NLS and have darker substrate which helps bring out the pink & yellow coloring. |
