The Jack Dempsey was my first cichlid and always one of my favourites. I have a few in the 52k and one in my 15k. Elsewhere I have them in 3 other tanks including an all african tank 808g with their exception.

In the 52k they only collect near the bottom so I can go months without seeing even one of them. They hide in the lava rock and bogwood.

I lve your majestic arapaimas, and ouf cours your catfishes, the red tails an the niger.

I am planningn a 265 gallon tank for jan 2010. But only with EBJD`s and Amphilophus Citrinellus.
